# DARSHAN CANCELLATION POLICY
## POLICY: In accordance to section 312g, par. 2, no. 9 of the German Civil Code, Bhakti Marga will not issue refunds for registered services on fixed dates. This also applies to the €3 administrative fee required to book an Online Public Darshan.

### **What happens if I need to cancel my Online Darshan event?**
- To **cancel your event**, please fill out this [form.](https://pages.bhaktimarga.org/cancellationsrefunds)
- Unfortunately, when you cancel an event we cannot refund the €3 administrative fee.
- We invite you to **book another available event** at some future date.
### **What happens if I need to change the date of my Online Darshan?**
- We apologise, but we don't have a system to exchange dates. So, you will need to cancel your booked event. To do so, please fill out this [form](https://pages.bhaktimarga.org/cancellationsrefunds).
- Unfortunately, when you cancel an event we cannot refund the €3 administrative fee.
- After you have cancelled your event, go to Bhakti Marga [Events Calendar](https://bhaktimarga.org/events/)to find another available date and book it like normal.
### **What happens if I am late for my Online Darshan?**
- We have a limited number of places and they are **filled on a first come, first served basis**.
- From time to time, you may find that all the places are gone if you come too late.
- You will have the best chance of securing a place when you **sign onto Zoom at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.**
- **If you come before the scheduled start time and find the event full**:
- Please take a screen shot of the 'Leave Meeting' message and include the time on your computer.
- Then, send us an email at [onlinedarshan@bhaktimarga.org.](mailto:onlinedarshan@bhaktimarga.org) Please be sure to include your screenshot and add request for a new *darshan* date.
- When we receive your inquiry, we will set up a ticket for you and contact you as soon as the next *darshans* are scheduled. Don't worry, we will be happy to waive the administrative fee so you don't have to pay again.
- **If you come after the scheduled** **start time** and you find the event full, we are sorry but we can't refund you or book you into another *darshan*. In the future, please be please sure to get online before the scheduled start time.
### **What happens if I have to leave before I receive *darshan*?**
- We are sorry if you need to leave before the *darshan* event is complete, however we cannot refund your administration fee or book you into another event.
- Our online *darshan* events can last up to two hours or more. It is important to set aside enough time to fully enjoy the event.
### **What happens if the *darshan is cancelled*?**
- If the *darshan* is cancelled, we will set up a service ticket to keep track of you.
- Although we can't issue a refund, we will set up another event and invite you to it. Don't worry, you will not have to pay an additional administrative fee.
### **What happens if I didn't get the email with the login information in time?**
- The email with the Zoom Login details is sent out 24-hours prior to the start time of the event.
- If you don't easily find it, please check your Spam and Promotions folders. The email is sent from onlinedarshan@bhaktimarga.org.
- If you have not received the email 6 hours before the event, please write to us at [onlinedarshan@bhaktimarga.org](mailto:onlineevents@bhaktimarga.org). We will be happy to help you get what you need.
